Through skill training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial support, SECT helps women build confidence, achieve independence, and create sustainable livelihoods.
At SECT, we believe that empowering women is the foundation for building stronger families and thriving communities. Our Women’s Empowerment initiatives are designed to help women realize their potential through education, skill development, and financial independence. We provide hands-on vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts, and microenterprise development, enabling women to earn sustainable livelihoods. Through the formation and capacity building of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), we encourage collective growth, leadership, and mutual support. Additionally, our financial literacy and digital awareness programs ensure that women are equipped to manage their finances confidently and embrace new opportunities in a rapidly changing world. By empowering women with knowledge, confidence, and resources, SECT is helping to create a more equitable and self-reliant society.
